Classic Instruments Ford-O-Matic Speedometer Adapter

Still running an early Ford-O-Matic transmission in your hot rod? Classic Instruments is now offering a speedometer drive adapter for '51-56 Ford-O-Matic transmissions. Due to the unique speedometer drive arrangement found in those transmissions, connecting an aftermarket speedometer was difficult. This adapter takes that special arrangement and converts it to the more common 7/8"-18 speedometer cable output to connect a mechanical cable or electronic sensor. The high quality adapter is machined from steel and re-uses the original Ford-O-Matic drive gear for a simple installation.
