Made from 5-1/2 in. wide, eight-sided, extruded aluminum tubing, AdvantEDGE running boards are strong, lightweight and impervious to rust, offering a solid step that is built to face the elements and outlast them. They also come with die-cast aluminum end caps and a stamped aluminum tread. The aluminum treads provide a long-lasting, non-skid stepping surface that will not crack or fade in the sun. ARIES AdvantEDGE side bars are also marked for their easy, custom-fit installation. They feature the ARIES VersaTrac mounting system with brackets that are made from powder-coated steel and built for specific vehicles. This particular set of custom running boards fits specific years of the Ford F-150, F-150 Lightning, F-250 Super Duty, F-350 Super Duty, F-450 Super Duty and F-550 Super Duty crew cab (see application info to verify compatibility). The high-strength steel brackets mount using pre-existing holes, a nd the aluminum running boards attach to the brackets with heavy-duty hardware. The VersaTrac mounting system makes installation simple and customizable, allowing the side bars to be swapped out at any time with other si de steps or running boards that use the VersaTrac system.
